Not yet Ageling. Currently the only private chats available are the in-game chats.

We have many things on our list we would like to improve. Time constraints however currently prevents us from making these changes at present. I trust there will be opportunities in the future where we can give more attention to moving things a bit forward, but for now we do not have any ETAs on new features.
