I find the game analysis facility very useful and I try to work out most of my moves using it (not that you would notice!). I have downloaded an ebook (Kindle) about a particular opening that I want to learn and find it easier to work through the variations and examples, (without the need to keep replacing pieces on a wooden set) if I set the position up on a CC game I'm playing, having reset the pieces first using the Analyse button. That gives me board to practice on. I'm not sure if that was ever intended but it works.
