If you are referring to our game, I just claimed the draw -- which was identified automatically. BTW, I offered a draw in that game at least once earlier.
It appears at bottom left, apparently upon showing game to next player after 3rd time position reached. i.e., it is up to the next player to claim. It shows in the place where the move button shows. It is apparently optional to claim it, though I have experienced sites that end the game automatically and send message(s).
