As of today I can't make a move in any of my games.

I was using my Samsung internet explorer It was working when I joined up until recently. I've now moved to playing via Firefox, which seems to be working

Well it worked for a couple of moves. Now wen I click on a piece and then click where I want it to move to my piece then jumps straight back to its original position

It usually only does the described behaviour (jumping back) when trying to make an illegal move. If you could please provide me with the game number, and move you are trying to make when this happens again... then I could verify that it is not a bug that was introduced in the new move engine...

Mine does that on my mobile phone but is ok otherwise.

Strange I've only played on my mobile. Was ok at first. Thanks for the tip. Will have to look on my pc. ????

Ok, we might have discovered the problem. A new feature was introduced a few days ago, that when you click on the board AFTER you've made a move... it takes back the move. This worked without problem during our testing, but I suspect it might cause a problem on some mobile devices?

We've removed this feature for now. This should sort out the "jump-back" problem on your mobile device Crawleyknights.

If you however still do experience the problem, please let me know so that we can investigate further what the cause might be.

Games has frozen on me a few times. First time I logged off then back on and it moved. This last time I had to stay off for quite a while before it would move.

Our service providers were experiencing technical difficulties yesterday but this should be sorted out now. If you however still do experience these issues Paco, please let me know so that we can take a look at it.
