What is the meaning of a ball with a red stripe against a player's name? Does it mean he's on holiday, asking for a draw, playing a game of football, or what?

It is a beach ball, which indicates that the player is on holiday.

If you look closely you can see a blue stripe on the left. On at least one site an image of a tiny palm tree is used
