Why haven't my games with Anna timed out? I made the last moves over 7 days ago. She(or He) has not made a move since.

Is Anna perhaps on vacation mode? If so the games won’t time out until the player is back from vacation.

No. Anna is not on vacation mode.
There must be some glitch in the system here.

Ageling... we had a look at your games against Anna. These are 7 day games (7 days per move). We did verify that the clocks are indeed ticking down. The clocks currently stands on 4 days. When it reaches 0 and still does not provide you with a button to claim the victory please let us know so that we can investigate.

I know that it was more than 7 days. I have just resigned both games out of frustration and also because she must be mentally disturbed. There is no cause for vilifying an opponent gratuitously as she does.
